Prices are based on weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday unless by prior arrangement.
- A non refundable booking deposit of £75.00 is required to secure a reservation which is deducted from your confirmation invoice.
- Administration charge of £30. 00 + VAT at 17.5%
- Refundable Damage/ Cleaning Deposit of £200-£350
- Payments made by credit card will be subject to a 2% surcharge
Our apartments have a non smoking policy and generally pets are not allowed. Please provide your own towels and tea towels.
